At The Kings of Styling, we strive to give the best customer service possible. With that being said, some items are not returnable because of safety standards. The nature of our products requires we follow strict hygienic guidelines. Quality is also very important to us and we take protecting the integrity of our products we sell very seriously. We will never sell our customers used, damaged, or expired products.
Our policy lasts 7 days for items that can be returned. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and in its original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping, and there is a restocking fee of $5.00

To start your return, please email support@thekingsofstyling.com with your full name, order number, and a photo of the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized first.
There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing accessories, for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less a $5.00 restocking fee, within 3 to 5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All sale merchandise ending in .97 (cents) is final sale during promotional clearance events.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please email support@thekingsofstyling.com within 7 days of delivery with your full name, order number, and clear photos of the item(s) so we can review and provide further instructions.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition. This policy helps us ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of every beauty and grooming item we ship.
All claims are subject to review and verification. Fraudulent, excessive, or dishonest refund requests will result in denial of future claims and may affect account eligibility.
