Returns & Exchanges
At The Kings of Styling we strive to give the best customer service possible. With that being said, there are items that are not returnable because of safety standards. The nature of our products require we follow strict hygienic guidelines. Quality is also very important to us and we take protecting the integrity of our products we sell very seriously. We will never sell our customers used, damaged or expired products.
Our policy lasts 14 days for items that can be returned. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, in its original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present.
Note: There is a restocking fee of $5.00
Because of safety standard guidelines, several products are exempt from being returned which include the following:
- Straight Edge Razors
- Pomades, Beard Oils, Gels
- Beard Brushes
- Beard Combs
- Leather Dopp Kit Bundles because it includes the Straight Edge Razor and beard brushes
To start your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and a photo of the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized first.
There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less a $5.00 restocking fee, within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All sale merchandise ending in .97 (cents) is final sale during promotional clearance events.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will replace it for you and we will not charge any restocking fee. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and receipt to receive further instructions.
We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.
