Do The Kings of Styling have physical stores?
At the moment we are only an online store and we will definitely be exploring the option in the future.
 
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand things happen in transit and will replace the item. Please contact customer service at support@thekingsofstyling.com with photos of the damaged item(s).
 
What is your price matching policy?
The Kings of Styling products are not sold anywhere else and we will not price match similar items. Items from other retailers sold on our site will be price matched with a screenshot of the item and its sales cost directly from their website, not third party websites. Please email us at support@thekingsofstyling.com.
 
Can I purchase a gift card?
At the moment we do not offer them but soon we will.

My Shaving Brush is shedding, is that normal?
Yes, your brush will shed during the first few uses.
 
Do your straight and safety razors come with blades?
Yes, both items will come with a box of 10 blades.
 
Do most of your products come with an organic muslin bag?
The majority of our products do except for hair brushes.
 
What is PU leather?
It’s an artificial leather material made with split leather (the fibrous part of the hide left over from making genuine leather) which has been coated with polyurethane. 

 

SHIPPING

What carriers do you use for shipping?
USPS and UPS for shipping.
 
Do you have Internationally Shipping?
At the moment we are only shipping within the contiguous United States.
 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship the next business day. 
  • Orders placed during the holiday seasons may take two days to process and ship. 
  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders of $45 or more receive free standard shipping.
 
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?
At the moment we do not but we are working towards doing so.
 
I placed my order already but need to change my shipping address.
If your order has not shipped yet we can change the shipping address. Please contact us at support@thekingsofstyling.com with the intended shipping address and your order number.
