We ship to select international destinations.
Certain items such as candles, bundles, and bulk orders may incur higher shipping costs due to weight. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product total, minus shipping fees.
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information cannot be guaranteed for delivery or reimbursement of shipping costs.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
Please allow up to 24 hours after a package is marked delivered.
We monitor claims for lost, missing, or damaged items. All issues must be reported promptly, and packaging must be retained when applicable.
We reserve the right to limit or deny reshipment or credit in all cases.
You have 14 days from the ship date to report a missing order.
If tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
