Orders and Processing

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email will include your order number and selected shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the next business day
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday
  • During peak holiday periods (November–December), processing may take 3–5 business days due to increased order volume
  • Popular or high-demand items may experience additional delays

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders may ship in multiple shipments depending on product availability.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required when selecting UPS.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may be available for pre-order or temporarily out of stock due to high demand.

  • Orders containing pre-order or backordered items will ship once all items are available
  • Estimated ship dates (if provided) are subject to change
  • In-stock items may ship separately when available

Free Shipping

United States

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $54 or more (contiguous United States)
  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days from the date shipped
  • Shipments may be delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • P.O. Boxes are supported via USPS

Canada

  • Free shipping is available on orders of CAD $110+
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on the order

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping rates are based on region:

  • East + Central United States: $8.00
  • West Coast United States: $9.00

Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from the date shipped

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package weight and destination.


Ground Shipping (Faster Delivery)

Ground shipping rates are based on region:

  • East + Central: $9.95
  • West: $10.95

Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days
Deliveries occur Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM

Not available for P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


2-Day Delivery

2-Day delivery rates:

  • East + Central: $25.95
  • West: $29.95

Estimated delivery: 2 business days from the date shipped

Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Not available for P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


Next Day Delivery

Please allow processing time prior to shipment.

Next Day delivery rates:

  • 0–2 lbs (East + Central): $39.99
  • 0–2 lbs (West): $42.95
  • Heavier shipments: Rates calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery: 1 business day from the date shipped

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday.
Not available for P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


Shipping to Hawaii

  • Flat rate starting at $11.95
  • Delivery times vary based on carrier and package weight

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected at checkout depending on your location (via Shopify Markets)
  • If not collected at checkout, these fees will be due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer
  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing

Heavy Items

Certain items such as candles, bundles, and bulk orders may incur higher shipping costs due to weight. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product total, minus shipping fees.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information cannot be guaranteed for delivery or reimbursement of shipping costs.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around your delivery area
  • Check for delivery notices
  • Contact the carrier directly for assistance

Please allow up to 24 hours after a package is marked delivered.

We monitor claims for lost, missing, or damaged items. All issues must be reported promptly, and packaging must be retained when applicable.

We reserve the right to limit or deny reshipment or credit in all cases.


Missing Orders

You have 14 days from the ship date to report a missing order.

If tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.

If the carrier indicates a delivery issue, please contact us for assistance.


APO / FPO / DPO Military Addresses

Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS.

Estimated delivery: up to 21 days, depending on military handling times.
