Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (including pre-orders or back-ordered items).

If a carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product total, minus shipping fees.
If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, we are unable to assume responsibility, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Look around your delivery area
Check for delivery notices
Contact the carrier directly for assistance
We monitor lost, missing, and damaged claims for abuse. Claims must be reported immediately upon receipt. Damaged items, incorrect items, and packaging must be retained.
We reserve the right to limit or deny reshipment or credit in all cases.
Please allow 24 hours after the delivery scan, as some carriers mark a package early.
You have 14 days from the ship date to report a missing order.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
If the carrier indicates a delivery issue, please contact us for assistance.
Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS.
Delivery can take up to 21 days, depending on military handling times.
